Our facility is located at 5522 Elk River Road North in Elkview, West Virginia.
The Start of Elk River Boxing Club
We began our club in July 2015. In the beginning we had five boxers. Since July, we have competed in various amateur boxing competitions and our club has grown tremendously. Our boxers and our club is USA Boxing members, and we look forward to participating in more boxing events before the end of the year and into 2016.
A Typical Day at Elk River Boxing
When you come to our training be prepared to work hard! We begin with an extensive warm-up to get the blood flowing. We then go over important fundamentals in boxing and defense. After that we take turns working on the mitts and bag and finish with sparring. Of course know that your safety is very important to us and we never push you past your limits...at least in the beginning.
